Nedbank about to take my house just because I lost my job

I informed Nedbank home loans via email and several calls that just like most people I have also lost my job and cannot afford to pay the bond installment for now but I have not received any response from them since 6 July 2020. They just kept on debitting my account without my knowledge so it's obvious that they don't care about their loyal clients but just money. And this gives me the impression that when they don't get money in my account this month end I'll loose my house.
