Nedbank abandoning the elderly case number 2017G1416

My mother in law used a Nedbank ATM and was conned `by a gang of 5 men as there were no security at the ATM.They trapped her card in the machine and then she immediately reported the incident by calling the number on the atm at 10h09 - ********** 0929.She then came home and saw two transactions on her sms on her phone. We called the bank again and then they only stopped the card but not after she lost the following:Sms came through at 10h13 that R1000 was withdrawn Sms came through for 10h36 that R12817.24 for a purchase at Masonic liquer store about 8km away from the ATM.Now after 4 weeks they come back and say they are not responsible and she was neglagent. They refuse to give us copies of both telephone call recordings and also do not want to show us the video footage. They are insisting there was only one phone call .We have evidence of then refusing to give information and also hiding the initial call at 10h09.
