Nedbank!!!

A month ago, I had a R-1600 and it showed Mac and things. My account did not have any funds so I was surprised that it did not even bounce. I don’t know anything about this transaction, I went to a Nedbank branch nearby to lodge a complaint and also for them to look into the matter. They told me to call the ***** department, which I did and they just said they will investigate and get back to me in 8 months. Unfortunately when I received my income the R1600 was gone as it reflected negative on my account. I closed the account and opened another one at Nedbank still. Now a month later I have a pending R3300 debit order which I know nothing about. I went to Nedbank so that they can cancel it and they said I must wait for it to go through instead of preventing it from happening. I am so mad because I feel as though these banks are not helping us as their customers and our finances are not as protected as they are supposed to be.
