Nedbank

Nedbank has not responded yet so now I'm afraid even to go and unblock the account because I've been receiving the messages to go and collect the card from Nedbank locker at Verreniging till Thursday so I don't know if the person has in some way collected the card which will give the person access to my account.I don't know how I can be told my account has been blocked then days after receive a message that the card will be put in a certain locker to be collected there on the 11th....then another message saying the card has been delivered to the locker on Thursday. So if it was blocked on the 4th how did the process of card issue continue? That's why I'm afraid to unblock the account there's a day I'm waiting for to unblock it sothat I can hold the bank accountable for any ***** that may have occurred.
