Nedbank a total **** to vornable people

Nedbank it's a total ****, they were calling me left right and centre to pay their credit card. Finally I did and to ask them to close it thus was in 2022 and by that time they have listed me with a judgment under my credit profile, I asked them to remove it by then, but guess what up until now they still haven't removed it, after several calls, and where they promised that it will be removed, niw I'm stuck with this judgment which is affecting me, and not only me but my life, because I cannot for a house, lian or even a car, CAN SOMEONE URGENTLY ATTEND TO THIS MATTER ASAP, and stop ****ming helpless people like me
