Nedbank a ***** of a bank

My dad passed away mid April and he had a savings account with nedbank. I am his executor and I went to Nedbank on 05 May to ask them to release the money in my dads account. Nedbank refuses to this day more than 2 months later our dads money is still being held by Nedbank even though we submitted all the documents to have them pay the money. This bank is not professional and I will be closing all my accounts I have with them
