Nedbank a poor service

I have been with Nedbank since high school. I have not had an account with any other bank and today to say I am truly disappointed your level of poor service is an understatement. At the moment I am in Saudi Arabia, my card has been frozen, I cannot access my funds, their international call lines don’t work, and I can’t get hold of my own Nedbank assigned banker. Looks like I’ll be eating air this weekend. Thanks guys.
