Nedbank a pathetic bank

Nedbank does not care about people nor its clients, I have been requesting them to remove the account on the itc report and it's more than a year now nothing has happened, I spoke to a guy 2 weeks back who advised me that they will contact me after 3 working days until today no response from nedbank, I know nedbank is a pathetic bank but now it's just way too pathetic
