NEDBANK - A LAZY, SLOW INNEFFICIENT BANK.

Nedbank is the worst bank in South Africa. I write this as someone who has accounts with FNB, Capitec and Bidvest.

I deposited money on my Amex credit card at the ATM at Northgate but to this day, it's not in my account. I called them on 2 different occasions last week and they confirmed to seeing the money, but up to now (2 weeks later), it has not reflected.

I totally LOATHE Nedbank. Everything about them is slow. Their instant payments take 30 minutes to 1 hour, which is bad during an emergency. FNB and Capitec take a minute or two. Their Money App is slow and hardly never works at my work WiFi. Even during travels and with no data, their App never works. I would be at a place or on WiFi at work and FNB or Capitec Apps would open smoothly, even when I don't have data. But Nedbank would always make errors.

Everything about Nedbank is slow, lazy and pathetic. I can't wait to pay off the credit card and close off this lazy useless bank.
