Nedbank a joke

I have now had it with Nedbank. Over the last year I have had cash deposits suddenly disappear and EFT payments made to me suddenly return to sender even though these payments are from a recurring payer. This a ****** joke and it’s getting to the point of legal and if not ******** action against Nedbank. Don’t even try their contact centre, because it seems they were trained in Delhi India and have zero clue. What is going on with Nedbank!!! I will be closing both my business and personal accounts!
