Nedbank a joke

Opened a stokvel account at Nedbank Cosmo Mall. We signed all documents and account was opened. When depositing money, it says account frozen. Nedbank consultant at Cosmo said they cant assist as the person assisting us is on leave, can you imagine? We can't be assisted because the person who assisted us in on leave. Sad part is they don't even care that a person uses their petrol to keep coming to the branch. NEDBANK is a joke shame.
