NEDBANK - A DISGRACE - RELEASE HOLD ON FROZEN FAVOURITES ACCOUNT

I am disgusted in the service of Nedbank the way they are handling the investigation with Frozen Favourites. Nedbank - at the end of February is enquiring how the owners do their business, when the owner has been a client for many years. The business is running for so many years. Nedbank has put a hold on their account regardless of the fact that the client and owner of Frozen Favourites is more than willing to reimburse all the clients affected by the December 2022 mishap. Families have been deeply affected in December, January they couldn't buy the children school necessities due to the appalling service of Nedbank who continues to drag their feet with this more than 2 months investigation. NEDBANK - release the Frozen Favourites Funds - Byron Ruiters wants to reimburse the clients affected asap. Its absolutely unacceptable that Nedbank is the current hold up and this lady/worker at Nedbank, GLYNIS VAN DER BROEK who is absolutely incapable of doing her job properly - week in week out its a different story! Can this please be expedited urgently so that people are reimbursed as we are suffering, we all have families to feed and clothe and this has been a major set back for all! Nedbank get your house in order!
