NEDBANK A DISAPPOINTMENT AND SHODDY SERVICE

I went into the Cresta Branch this morning around 10am. Finally got see to at 10:40am I was eventually seen to.

My request was to activate SMSs and the Nedbank App. Eventually after many tries the App is not working and they eventually gave up and noted that I should come and see the Business Banking (which I asked for initially). SMS was "supposedly" activated as I received an SMS but it IS NOT WORKING and I need to make payments urgently. I left the branch at 11:09am

Now I am calling the Nedbank Call Centre and have been transferred and cut-off numerous times.
