Nedbank a bank that ******* people

Do not trust this bank. I paid off my debt and they still phone me daily asking me when will I pay and when I asked what the balance is they simply said its paid off sorry u must still be on our data base . I asked them when did I finish the loan they told me a month ago....and they still deducted this month so now a day after this another idiot phones and tell me I'm 2500 behind. This is how they rip of numerous customers . Watch out people this bank is run by ******. Till this day I'm still waiting on my paid up letter.
