Nedbank a 1950's bank in 2020

If you value your time and technology, Nedbank is not the bank for you. Its target market seems only to be people over the age of 50. Almost everything needs you to go to the branch, I do not see the point of Nedbank online banking and app, they're really just glorified screens where you can look at your balance. If you actually need to do any banking even something as simple as setting your transfer limit you have to go to the bank, even in between your very own accounts. If you don't mind goes to the bank every little thing then they re good. Their security method seems to be "security by obscurity" and "security by limiting features to the branch" which are both horrible ways of giving the user a false sense that Nedbank is actually more secure than any other bank. When in reality it is just more inconvenient. The worse part, on top of this they do not even offer extended banking hours at most branches, yet they want everything to be done at the branch.
