Nedbank

I m very disappointed and frustrated by the way that I have been treated by Nedbank. Unfortunately I m one of millions of South Africans who got retrenched. I have a personal loan with Nedbank which I paid religiously every month when I was working, I never missed a payment. The credit insurance sent me a mail that now they are taking over my payments. But Nedbank continues to debit from my account, even when my family gives me money to survive it gets taken by the automatic debit order. Now basically Nedbank is refusing to cancel that automatic debit even after I called them . They get paid by insurance and still take money from my account at any opportunity they get. This is so unfair because firstly when I was working I was paying this insurance for exactly days like these, now I m unemployed and even when my brother deposit money for me to buy food, Nedbank takes it all. If there is anyone who can help me please. This is injustice of note from a financial institution that I had trusted for many years.
