NEDBANK

About a month ago I received a discounted amount on debt that was owed to Nedbank. It was overdraft and Credit Card. On the Overdraft they took the full amount from me. I lodged a complaint a month ago and have been told ever since that it is with admin waiting for a decision. No matter how many times I call I get no joy from them.

I find this incredibly unprofessional and *********. They want us to pay the debt but are slow in paying back when they overcharge.
