Nedbank

If you think of opening an account with Nedbank you're playing with fire.Ive been wrestling with the problem of my blocked money app for almost a month now.I can neither see what's happening on my account nor can I get messages of updates through ghe phone since they've deleted my number.When I called today I was answered by a woman who called herself NANDIPA a very rude person who had the audacity to transfer me to ***** helpdesk without even telling me..she just listened and listened then the answering machine told me I was holding for ***** helpdesk.The bank has charged me a lot of money for ATM withdrawals .They fell comfortable with making my life a living hell..on top of the inconvenience of having to queue in all these banks depositing money for my beneficiaries doing what I usually do with the money app they are rubbing salt into my wound by charging me such money sending me from pillar to post when the app has to be unblocked.The day I get out of Nedbank I'll never look back.If it was the only bank available in the world then I'd rather dig a hole and put money in there. DISGUSTING.
