Nedbank

Nedbank has gone to zero in my opinion.you report a **** and you are blocked. Good! But unblocking is almost impossible.The only phone no rings for a good half hour and more. The consultants dont know what to do so they put u back to switchboard...and so it goes. Complaints division sends u back to bank. They cant get through to dept that blocked you. You have nos no access to your account and you cant pay your bills. The Shelly Beach branch cant get through to same phone no and u cant pay your bills. 3 visits to bank later and no ond can help. One day when I get my account back I will run a mile from this useless bank where I have been for 50 years
