Nedbank

Hi, I have a home loan account with Nedbank. Unfortunately I was double debited of the instalment amount. Apparently there was a debit order for the 15th of February of Wich is not my pay date. The initial agreement is for the 1st of each month and on the 1st of February the debit order was successful. Why would there be a debit for the 15th when the bond was paid on the first? Today the 01/03/2022 I was double debited. I currently have no money in my account and all my other accounts have bounced.
