Nedbank ****

I was debited an amount of R528 for a product I know nothing about ***). It appears to be connected to Nedbank, as the the customer contact number given is that of Nedbank. How does Nedbank's security permit this? Now I have to spend my morning going into banks and querying this, as it's a lot of f* money.
