Nedbank

Nedbank are pathetic idiots who’s managers don’t know their **** from their brain, I communicated over 4 times with Nedbank saying in January they debited my fnb account with 5500 on the 25th then proceeded to debit 10 000 on the 26th I than call and query which they can’t explain and say I speak to collections how in fks name is my account with collections when it’s always paid extra than I call I want to reduce my debit order on my credit card from 12000 to 3000 as my instalment is only 1000. These idiots say it’s coz in jan the debit order for 10 000 rejected ***
