Nedbank is ripping people off , i had app**** for their credit card a year and some months back and ever since i had their credit card i have been charged R30.80 every month for a secondary card which i dont have and never app**** for one , i logged a call with their call centre the consultants always promise me that they will escalate the matter but to know feedback non what so ever so it is very disgusting and irritating for such a big institution to ***** people like they are doing with this matter its easy they must just refund me my funds full stop.
