I openened an Nedbank account for my daughter., she forgot her pin number. Went to Nedbank the Groove in PTA. Sat in que for 4 hours when we got infront the system was down. Had to return the following week. The card was issued but still did not work. Now I ow them R129.00 for new card but due to bad service I closed the account now they are harrasing me for the money but when I laid accomplaint about service nothing was done.
