Nedbank

I'm experience a very bad service from Nedbank in Lakeside Benoni, i deposited money into my account on the 27th Nov and it never reflected i'm only left with slip but no money into my account, they said it will be fixed and i will get it within 2 working days but till now i haven't received anything,
