Nedbank

Nedbank is constantly debiting my account. When i ask for a refund i am told im arreas cause i took a payment holiday in march due to covid. How earth can a payment holiday put my in arrears when they offered after the payment holiday thwy debit my acc as soon as funds go in. If i contact them evey person gives me a different story. Its extremely frustrating!and management never calls back. This is going and it feels like im ignored. Nedbank is one of the most pathetic banks i have dealt with. No regard for customers!
