Nedbank ***** department is shocking. One would think that Nedbank would recognise *****ulent activities as a serious matter and will get this resolved asap. Three-week in and still no formal update. *****ulent activities. an Nedbank account was opened using my ****** identity, which was then used to obtain loans from DirecAxist, Nimble Group, Finchoice, and Sanlan Loan. The ID copy that was used to open this Nedbank account is clearly *****ulent as the date of birth does not correspond with the ID number. I have submitted all proof and supported documents to Nedbank and have asked them to please urgently send me a letter confirming that I am a victim of identity theft and *****. I need the letter to state that an Nedbank account was opened using my ****** identity. No feedback from Netback, it just seems they don't care. SHOCKING
