Nedbank ****...

I just settled my personal loan of R65 161.36. I have a settlement letter. Now the bank was supposed to reimburse me R830. Now instead of depositing R830 they deposited R343 and charged me interest R391.01 and admin fee (R69). Please make it sense to me why they charging me that while normal interest was charged on 1st October. I requested them to close off that account last week Thursday and Saturday. I called twice. Now with the credit card it was also paid off and I requested them to close it off but it's not closed yet. I don't want to pay intentional interest they are making money off. The credit card is not closed yet.
