Nedbank ***********

I had a personal loan more than 5 years ago. Apparently, a judgment was issued against me for this debt hence it could not be prescribed. I have gone into the Nedbank branch since I have been trying to get in touch with the legal department for quite a few months. The consultant in the branch even contacted the relevant department for me and they advised that a letter to settle the debt will be sent to me. It is now 3 weeks since that call and still nothing has come too me in order for me to pay that debt. So, this is stagnating my entire business profile due to the debt I am willing to settle but Nedbank does not want too corporate. If you don't want me to pay it then just give me a written off letter or send me a letter for settlement, it's that simple.
