Nedbank

Firstly am not impressed with the nedbank customer service that you need to call for atm problems, this is the second time the atm retain my card for no apparent reason, it frustrates me that everytime i have to deal with this bull****, because now i have to block card and go back to the bank for a new card which am gonna be charged for it, mind you am using capitec bank card, why does it have to be like this all the time, its sickening, nedbank should pay because even the customer care line charges for a call, this is ridiculous, i want my bank card and those ****ing charges back, the atm is at fourways mall taxi rank downstairs. People are being ****med for goodness sake, argga
