I withdrew cash at a Nedbank ATM and the machine swallowed my card. After that, money was withdrawn from my account even though I no longer had the card. I stopped the card immediately, visited the branch, and contacted the head office. Until today, I still haven’t received my money back. The service and delay have been very disappointing.
