Nedbank

Am having a problem with nedbank I took a loan in 2018, along the way i had some financial issues i asked them to reduced my monthly payment which they did but the loan amount is not going down. It's been going up since, I've been trying to discuss with their consultants but they are saying there is nothing they can do. Please help me
