Nedbank

I reported ***** on the 26th of August 2023 because money was withdrawaled from my account and all my money was taken straight out of my account. I was told it wouldn’t happen again after I reported it , then it happened again 2 days later and all my funds were drawn as soon as money entered my account when I was told by the ***** department that it won’t happen. After getting my reference number , several months later , recently I was told that it isn’t my reference number. The lady who was investigating my case hasn’t gotten back to me at all and I got her details that September . We are sitting on the 10th of March 2023 and I am sitting in the dark with no communication. After more than 6-8 weeks , I still don’t have my money.
