Nedbank attorney liason team: Nedbank says they offer 50% discount on Bond attorney fees. This has a catch, please becareful. The attorney fees work out more or less the same with the 50% off. So please budget for the full amount. Nedbanks response to me asking about it was... 'The bank doesn’t tell attorneys how to charge and the fees are based on the property value amount. You can request to change the attorney however the attorney will charge wastage costs which will impact you.'
