Nedbank

Just trying to get hold of anyone at Nedbank is nearly impossible. When i phone ***, & get an answer, the person cannot answer my query, so has to transfer me. Every time this happens you get cut off. I have even said to the consultant, PLEASE don't cut me off, but every time the phone rings a couple of times & then nothing. Extremely difficult to get any service from any division in Nedbank!!
