Nedbank 4-6 waiting for ***** resolution?? Really? 4weeks?

Nedbank help me make sense! Help me understand! A person lose money via atm **** then you tell them to wait for about 4-6weeks before you can resolve the ***** case??? Seriously!!? What kind of nonsense process is that? 4-6weeks!!??

What’s the point of even having to report the matter if I’ll have to wait that long? Are you guys for real?

You telling me that I must not live for 4-6weeks waiting on you?? Isn’t supposed to be an urgent matter when someone loses his/her money due to ****ming?

It’s either you change that ****py process or you close that department altogether coz that’s nonsense.
