NEDBANK!!!

Have never experienced such poor service, and the most unfriendly and horrible consultants from NEDBANK…

Sad story is that each time you deal with a consultant from nedbank telephonically, they are either rude or very impatient in dealing with a clients query, have been with nedbank for far too long to treated with such low low standard of service…

it is even so sad that for the many years i have been with NEDBANK, Nobody has even had the courtesy to even email me or message me to introduce themselves as my banker… its been over 6 years now with NEDBANK, and regret the day i stepped into a NEDBANK brunch to open an account with them…
