Nedbank

I was at Nedbank branch doing FICA verification because I was unable to acess money in my account, the consultant that was helping me yesterday promised me that money will be accessible within an hour of doing FICA, today I spoke with 4 different consultants of which 2 of them promised that I'll be able to access my money in 1 hour time up until now I am still waiting, why should my money be held, I did not get that money **********ly it is my money, I need Nedbank to release my money, I did everything they asked me to do why should I wait this long.
