Nedbank

I'm very disappointed with the service from head office an the forensics of nedbank... So the sorry is about 10 years back I have been de*****ed by someone who open an account on my name a took loans on my name without my knowledge.. As it been a year now I found out about this an have been running up an down to clear this... So the last was for me to contact nedbank an ask them for a clearence kind of letter so I can obtain anything on my name again but to my surprise I got no help wat so ever I have been to the branch as they tell me they cannot pick up anything on my name.... Ivee called head office they told me call the forensics which I did only to be told its been to long as the file is closed an they cannot give me a letter... My whole is literally on hold for something I didn't even do... I dnt understand your trust the ********** that come into the bank but we as the really people cannot get any help I don't think its fair.
