Nedbank 32days notice

This is one of the Dummest service I've ever had in my life.I opened 32day notice Instead of 24hrs notice by a mistake during a weekend and when I call nedbank hotline they instructed me to go to the bank and when I go to the bank they tell me that theres nothing I can do.Gambling With our money in the market.I expected a penalty fee for early notice but they tell me that theres nothing they can do.and at that time I ddnt want their stupind investment of 6% Pa ,pretending to be helping us while playing with us.and charge more than 20% interest on their loan............General public need to be taught and educated about these ******** supported by law.
