I Mrs Annemarie Kuhn had full signing power on my mothers account years before dementia even started . In 2015 my brother also tried to get signing power The \psychiatrist and him went to the court and full signing power was given to him although the psychiatrist involved also states that she had dementia after 30 March 2015. Know 18/9/2015 Nedbank froze the accounts and not him nor me can do anything. . I cannot go to the streets to beg for money to pay her accounts. "
