Please assist there is a company that locked debit check on my Nedbank account, I realized on the 18 august 2026 and contacted Nedbank to relate my story, I had a chat with Kutlwano she/he said won't be able to block the debit i must contact the company on *** and it does not go through. I was on internet looking for a loan not a policy, and i have never authorized anything on my Nedbank app. Please help i want this company that i don't even know and Nedbank to refund me my R138.00. My big question is how safe our money at Nedbank is if a debit check mandate can be locked without customer 's authorization.
