Nedbank

It is sad that some Nedbank ATM cannot be trusted. On Tuesday, 1 July, I went to one of the ATM close to me, (Samrand - Shell garage) to withdraw money R300. It was around 19.57. When the transaction was about to be concluded, the ATM closed just before I took my money. Unfortunately, the transaction was never reversed and my money was gone just like that. I spoke to one of the staff members at the petrol station and I was told that the ATM normally closes at 20.00. I called Nedbank the following day and I was told that I should contact my bank for further investigation, until today I haven't received my R300 back. I can imagine if this R300 in question was the only amount that I had, (what could have happened if the bank processes are like that). This matter is absolutely heart breaking to be disappointed by one of the big banks like Nedbank
