Nedbank *****

I am so SICK of this bank! Twice in one year they put their sticky paws into my affairs. First they CLOSE my Greenbacks account with no instruction from me, taking all the points there. Took me MONTHS to get the account active again and the the status level I was on. NOW....there was a "*****" alert on a transaction I did, so without any notice they freeze my account.....its been one week of ME trying to contact them from abroad via Facebook, emails, etc etc, phone calls cost me a fortune only to be kept on hold for half an hour with no success. I am DONE with this bank, I will move my cheque account (Platinum rate no less), my Platinum Investment Acc and six tax free investment accounts to another bank.
