Unpleasant and not a bank of convenience. Texted and called in to be assisted with deactivation of a green bucks subscription that I don’t know when I joined and why I am being billed for it. All the agents I spoke ignored the the chat and the other dropped the call without having offered any resolution. When I took out a student loan last month the process was quick and easy ,was not even required any documentation. Now that I want the statement and transparency of everything I was sent pillar to post and told to go to the branch. When I explained that I don’t have the availability to go it the branch as their waiting time can exceed 2hours, I was told they don’t know how to assist me. I regret ever banking with them as they are not a bank of convenience and one has to query every as they charge for things you don’t even know why.
