NEDBANK.. 200K IS NEEDED AND WE WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN ARMS?????

I thought this bank was professional? Was wondering if I should open an account there but I see they like the rest. Oh we will qive you 90% bond rate at much higher than standard bank, by 1% and then you figure how to get 10% and transfer fees on your own at about 200k? That is the prices of houses today! And when providing a motivational letter it gets declined anyway? Pathetic really, I want to know if all banks are tarred the same?
