NEDBANK 2 MONTHS WAITING TIME FOR NEW CARDS. STANDARD WAITING TIME 2 DAYS!!!

Its been more than 8 weeks !!! I have been waiting for my cards to be delivered to my requested bank. I been with nedbank for 10years ( which is soon coming to an end) I annoyed with the delayed communication, slowed action of requests but when they quick to call an offer credit cards an loans an ask you why you havent been spending on your credit card that is fully paid up.

I have been back an forth to Cape Gate branch an my main account cards has still not been delivered I have requested via email, via the bank to follow up where they are an even long periods on call with your platinum bank consultants. Where are my cards !!!! HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR MY PETROL, FOOD AN ESSENTIALS THAT I NEED WITHOUT A CARD!! NEDBANK IS BEYOND PATETHIC. You have all trust in me.
