No response from Nedbank yet or you all don't even know what to say for your bad service and inhumane treatment that you offer to your clients, so as the bank, are you that selfish to never care, well we care as a family and I will not stop until a response from this ******** organization released my sister's money. very bad bank. don't use their services.

09 Dec 2021, 06:37Today I write this review in tears, I am disgusted and disappointed until when wil this big companies take advantage of the small man on the street. I phoned in the complaint department of Nedbank on Monday, about my Sister. My sister a widow who is not working had a fixed savings account with nedbank that was to run until the 24th of November 2021, for all this time she was in and out of public hospital and nothing much was done for her in this governmet facility, but the family was encouraged by the fact that her money will be released on the 24th so that she could be take to a proper medical facility, on the 24th of November as sick as she was , she rented a vehicle to take her to the bank to be told her money was put on 32 days notice, without any consultation, she was returned empty handed as sick as she was, she can't pay transportation she can't get to a better medical facility, but she has money that is making money for a bank that does not even care about her. I phoned in on Monday the 6th of December their complaint department telling them how urgent the matter was and I was promised they will contact her and try to fix the matter last night I held my sister as she was daying, while a bank is sitting on her money for the interests. As the family whe will not rest until Nedbank pay for this horrible treatment on poor people.
