Nedbank 1st prize for worst service.

Shocking service. Nedbank is now costing me money and I have no choice but to switch to another bank. Before I say what the issue is I'd like to point out that Nedbank does not reply to reviews. So far the only people I've seen who do this are semi-legal businesses and Nedbank.

I logged a very simple request a month ago. Nedbank said "no problem" and I got a reference number and everything. Nothing was actioned though and nobody at Nedbank is willing to help. 3 emails later and 2 phone calls later and nobody even wants to acknowledge anything.. I just get passed on to the next guy
