Nedbank

In May i contacted Nedbank for payment relief. I qaulified for 3months. May June and July. It is now July, Nedbank....incase you couldnt tell. They deducted an installment from me after it was agreed that only at the end of August they will start deducting again. I complained via facebook only to hear whole time that they waiting for response from their support team. Yesterday afternoon i phoned customer care where a guy assisted me and said he arranged for reversal on the money and even gave me a reference number. Now a lady calls me to say it was not approved....i did not fill in a application for approval or denial..i asked that nedbank sort their **** out. Today is my birthday and i had plans. Now its all down the ****n drain...the first month where i could finally breathe financially and nedbank comes and just *****s up again... they say now that the payment relief was cancelled!! I was never informed!!! Now the lady tells me they can refund the money...but then my account is going into arrears!!! This is ****ing *******!!!! You took my money without my consent!!!!! Now if i want it back my account goes into arrears!!!! This is bull****...its theft!!
